Agencies don't pay onboarding fees
I come from an agency background so I take every opportunity I can to work with creative agencies because it's just easier. I can assume you'll deliver the files in a neatly packaged folder with all the assets I need to get your job done quickly and exactly how you want it. I wave the $150 onboarding fee for creative agencies.

When I was working on my own doing branding work I would make these beautiful digital assets only to have them be used once and then go away in my Dropbox forever.
